Requirements
Duties and Essential Job Functions: • People oriented, self-motivated, dependable and able to work efficiently. • Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining total customer focus. • Provide superior Customer Service. • Must be able to individually and unassisted lift up to 50 lbs. • Comply with Company Programs, Policies and Procedures. • Aide in ensuring financial integrity of the store through strict CSR accountability and adherence to Company Policy and Cash Control Procedures. • Aide in facilitating the efficient stocking and storing of merchandise by following defined Company work processes. Ensuring that all merchandise is present according to established sets, utilizing merchandise displays properly - including signage and presentation. • Follow Company Policies and Procedures as outlined, Company Communications and ensure Employee Compliance. • Age: Must be 20 years old to apply.
