Full-Time | Days or Nights | Permanent Position Sign-On Bonus upto: $15,000 Days / $25,000 Nights
Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Renal Vascular or Pulmonary unit. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a stable medical-surgical environment with supportive leadership and opportunities for clinical growth.
Acute care experience is not required. Candidates from LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Rehab, Corrections, Home Health, or similar settings are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

Acute care experience is not required. Candidates from LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Rehab, Corrections, Home Health, or similar settings are encouraged to apply.
Important Requirements:
- Candidates must live within 60 minutes of the facility (commutable distance required).
- Candidates must be comfortable with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
- An in-person interview is mandatory (may include shadowing, unit tour, and leadership interview).
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Night Differential: $4.25/hr
- Weekend Differential: $3/hr
- On-Call: None
- Unit Size: 45 beds
- 2 Years RN Experience: $30.69/hr
- 5 Years RN Experience: $33.71/hr
- 17 Years RN Experience: $43.20/hr (maximum)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $25,000 (Nights)
- Relocation Assistance: $2,500-$5,000 available for candidates 100+ miles away
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Provide safe and effective nursing care aligned with clinical standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
- Demonstrate time management and resource utilization
- Active Florida RN license or multistate compact RN license
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care not required)
- Acceptable backgrounds: LTAC, SNF, Corrections, Home Health, Outpatient Rehab
- ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) prior to start
- NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of start
- Must meet applicable COVID-19 vaccination requirements or approved exemption
