Toastique Colorado Springs North is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team in Northern Colorado Springs. As a Shift Lead, you will work closely with ourmanagers to ensure the daily tasks are completed and team members are fully prepared for their shifts. This is an exciting opportunity to take your skills to the next level and help us maintain our high standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader for team members and promote a positive and productive work environment

• Accurately complete prep lists and ensure each station has everything it needs to operate during business hours

• Step in to help solve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service

• Communicate with manager on inventory, including low stock levels, approaching expiration dates, and other relevant matters

• Ensure team members are correctly making toasts, smoothies, bowls, and other menu items

• Take initiative to assist with training and teaching new employees

Requirements

• 6+ months of full-time experience working at Toastique

• Completion of all training programs

• Food Safety Manager Certification

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

• Coachable and accountable
