Must be either Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible and working towards board certification within 3 years
Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred
Provider will work in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings
4-day work week with 3 days in the clinic and 1 day in the OR
20-25 patients per day in the clinic, with 40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups
EPIC documentation system/EMR
Quick start is preferred
Open to new graduates through 2025, expected to become Board Certified within 3 years
Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
Not accepting visa candidates
Not open to Locum candidates
Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job/s
Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules
Not open to 1099 candidates

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working towards Board Certification within 3 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology - REQUIRED
CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED
Additional training in Otology or Laryngology (note in "Experience" field) - PREFERRED
Available to start before December 2024 - PREFERRED
Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
