Provider Type: Advanced Practice Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting : Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 18 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?:Yes Fellowship: NA Minimum Board Certification: Certified Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 45-90 What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA Candidate CVs need to have the month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.
