- Provide excellent guest service during the overnight hours
- Balance and reconcile daily revenue reports
- Prepare and organize materials for the morning shift
- Maintain a calm and secure environment throughout the night
- Occasionally assist with evening front desk duties, like check-ins and general guest service
- Dependability and a self-starter mindset
- Comfort working independently overnight
- Basic math and computer skills
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person!
