Location: Boca Raton, FL Position: Physical Therapist Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Office Assignment: One office location only Pay: $50-$55 per hour Schedule: Flexible schedule available

In this position, you will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and guide each person through a practical recovery process. The goal is to help patients move better, build strength, improve function, and return to the daily activities that matter to them.

- Four 10-hour workdays
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Perform physical therapy evaluations for outpatient orthopedic patients
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehab
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans when needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe movement strategies
- Complete daily notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge documentation
- Work with clinical staff to support a smooth patient care experience
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
- Outpatient experience preferred
