- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with geriatric rehabilitation, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document using electronic medical records.
