    • Maintain accurate electronic or physical logs of materials issued and returned, using an inventory management system (e.g., MRP/ERP software) as required.
    • Adhere to all quality control procedures, performing checks to verify that each kit is complete and correct before release to production.
  • Safety and Housekeeping:
    • Operate warehouse equipment safely, which may include a forklift or hand truck (certification may be required).
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills

    • Proficiency in using measuring devices (rulers, calipers, tape measures) and various hand/power tools.
    • Basic computer skills for data entry into inventory or enterprise systems.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to maintain accuracy in complex kitting processes.
    • Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions precisely.
