About the Job
HVAC Service Manager.
Heating and Air Conditioning Company located in the Santa Ynez Valley servicing the Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Ynez Valley for over 35 years.
We are looking for a TEAM Player who is experienced, personable, and likes a challenge.
The Service Dept Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Active supervision of service technicians.
  • Scheduling and tracking of technicians' daily - Using Field Edge Software.
  • Manage our maintenance program.
  • Daily/Weekly billing - working with QuickBooks a plus.
  • Ensure the quality of our technical service.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience with FieldEdge Software is a plus.
  • Telephone-Switchboard, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and QuickBooks applications are desired but not necessary for the right candidate.
  • Teachable, reliable, organized, dependable, trustworthy, and independent.
  • Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must work well with our team as well as be self-directed and self-motivated.
