- Provide direct speech and language treatment as directed by the supervising SLP
- Conduct speech-language and hearing screenings (without interpretation)
- Follow treatment plans and document student progress toward goals
- Assist with therapy prep, material organization, and clerical support
- Schedule student sessions and maintain accurate records
- Support a positive learning environment and maintain confidentiality
- Perform equipment checks and assist with scheduling
- Prior experience or training as a Speech/Language Pathologist Assistant preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff
- Familiarity with educational settings and support services
- Basic computer skills and ability to assist with documentation and scheduling
