This is a unique opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician to join a dedicated team of healthcare providers and contribute to an organization with a mission to deliver exceptional, compassionate health care. We are offering an excellent starting salary, relocation reimbursement, and can sponsor candidates who desire an H1B or J1 visa. Position Overview As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and continued care to a diverse patient population. This includes a blend of routine and emergency office-based care, as well as a strong focus on health promotion and preventative medicine. You will work in a collaborative and innovative environment, contributing to a positive team spirit and maintaining a high degree of professionalism and ethics. In addition to clinical duties, you will also provide supervision to professional and allied health care staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care by obtaining health histories, performing physical assessments, diagnosing, treating, and planning appropriate healthcare for patients. You will also provide and prescribe medications, perform laboratory procedures, and interpret results.
  • Patient Advocacy & Education: Offer case management services and provide group, community, and individual patient education on health maintenance, family planning, and other relevant topics. You will also respond appropriately to patient needs and manage difficult or emotional situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Clinical & Administrative Leadership: Participate in a rotation for on-call physician group responsibilities. You will contribute to administrative management by providing input for staff performance reviews, hiring decisions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Quality & Professional Development: Participate in patient care audits for quality assurance and utilization reviews. You will be expected to maintain medical professional standards and knowledge by attending continuing education programs.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Successful completion of the academic requirements of an accredited medical school is required.
  • Licenses & Certifications:
    • You must be licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is required.
    • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and delegate effectively is essential.
    • Spanish speaking/bilingual is a plus.
