As part of the CISS modernization effort, electronic workflows are being implemented to streamline submission of arrest records, summons, and related documentationreducing manual processes and improving efficiency statewide./ph3Role Summary/h3pCJIS-CT is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support training, onboarding, and change management for municipal police departments and criminal justice partners adopting the CISS Electronic Workflow system. This role combines technical support, stakeholder coordination, and user training responsibilities./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3h4Help Desk Technical Support/h4ulliProvide first-level support via phone and email, troubleshooting and resolving user issues./liliDocument, track, and manage service tickets with timely follow-ups./liliEscalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams./liliMaintain detailed case notes and ensure adherence to help desk procedures./liliCollaborate with internal teams to improve processes and documentation./li/ulh4Training Enablement/h4ulliDeliver training sessions (remote, onsite, hybrid) for system users./liliSupport train-the-trainer programs for long-term adoption./liliDevelop and maintain user guides and knowledge base content./li/ulh4Onboarding Change Management/h4ulliCoordinate onboarding of police departments to the electronic workflow system./liliConduct kickoff meetings, readiness assessments, and workflow alignment sessions./liliGuide agencies in transitioning from manual to digital processes./li/ulh4Stakeholder Engagement/h4ulliAct as liaison between CJIS-CT, law enforcement agencies, and vendors./liliGather feedback and recommend system and process improvements./li/ulh4System Integration Support/h4ulliWork with RMS vendors (e.g., NexGen, ProPhoenix) to ensure system readiness./liliAssist in rollout of enhancements such as Clean Slate and Early Arrest Notifications./li/ulh4Reporting/h4ulliProvide weekly status updates, including progress, risks, and recommendations./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliExperience in law enforcement, public safety, or criminal justice environments./liliStrong background in IT support/help desk operations./liliFamiliarity with Records Management Systems (RMS) and CJIS applications./liliExperience in training delivery and technical communication./liliProficiency in MS Office tools and remote training platforms./liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently./liliWillingness to travel across Connecticut (valid drivers license required)./li/ul/div
