District Partners has been engaged by a client seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and serve as a key partner to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in creating a polished and seamless experience both internally and externally.
What You'll Do: • Manage day-to-day administrative support for executive leadership, including calendar management and scheduling • Coordinate travel arrangements end-to-end, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries • Plan and book dinners, meetings, and events, ensuring a high-touch and detail-oriented experience • Handle personal and ad hoc requests with discretion and efficiency • Support outreach efforts, including communication with clients, partners, and vendors • Oversee front office operations and act as the first point of contact, creating a professional and welcoming environment for guests • Maintain organization across schedules, priorities, and office needs to ensure smooth daily operations
