Architectural Designer

A well-established local architectural firm specializing in retail is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer with 5+ years experience to assist on a variety of retail projects; Big Box, Retail Centers, Strip Malls etc.

Requirements:

• Associates' or Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 5+ years' experience Architectural Design and Drafting for Retail projects
• AutoCAD & MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Revit is a PLUS
• Architectural design and drafting for retail projects such as Big Bix, Retail Centers, Strip Malls etc. Any previous experience doing drafting work for gymnasiums is a plus.
• Must have experience doing production work; red lining, layout, BOM's, Ceiling & Floor Plans, Elevations, and follow direction from Architects & Team Leaders.
