WellTech Partners is working with an boutique, cash-based Physical Therapy Practice in Houston, Tx that is seeking a full-time physical therapist to join their team. Every patient getsa full 60-minute, 1-on-1 session in a warm, emotionally safe environment.
This clinic specializes in pelvic health for women, men, transgender, and postpartum populations and are expanding our team of clinicians who believe great care takes time.

Schedule Options (40-hour weeks)
Option A - 4-Day Workweek (10 hr shifts)
  • Mon-Thurs, 8 am-6 pm (1-hr lunch)
  • ~7-8 patients/day 28-32 visits/week
  • Fri/Sat optional for extra bonus shifts
Option B - 5-Day Workweek (8 hr shifts)
  • Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm (1-hr lunch)
  • ~6-7 patients/day 28-32 visits/week
  • Fri/Sat optional for extra bonus shifts
Both schedules include reserved admin/documentation time to protect quality of care & prevent burnout.
Compensation & Career Pathways
We believe compensation should reflect both experience level and growth potential. That's why we offer two clear pathways:
Option 1 - Nurture Pathway (Emerging Pelvic Health PT)
  • Base Salary (28 visits/week): PT $85K-90K
  • Commission Tier (29-32 visits/week): PT $93K-98K
  • Bonus Shifts (Fri/Sat optional):
  • $250 for 4 patients
  • $500 for 6 patients
  • Structured mentorship & growth plan salary steps up as you hit benchmarks
Option 2 - Advanced Pathway (Experienced Pelvic Health PT)
  • Base Salary (28 visits/week): PT $100K-105K
  • Commission Tier (29-32 visits/week): PT $110K-115K
  • Bonus Shifts (Fri/Sat optional):
  • $250 for 4 patients
  • $500 for 6 patients
  • Leadership opportunities: mentorship, workshops, and community events with additional stipends
Both pathways follow a hybrid model: secure base pay at 28 visits, commission at 29-32, and cash bonuses for optional extra patients above 32.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas.
  • Interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation (new grads welcome via mentorship track)
  • Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence.
  • Comfort treating sensitive populations (pelvic pain, postpartum, transgender care, sexual health, etc.).
  • Preferred but not Required: APTA or Herman and Wallace Foundations in PF Rehab Course(s).
  • Preferred but not Required: Experience as a PFPT or PF PTA.
  • Desire to work in a cash-based, boutique, patient-first environment.
