- Travel assignment (details set with placement specialist)
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Prior outpatient or hospital-based therapy experience preferred
- Ability to evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs tailored to patient needs
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Commitment to professional growth, ongoing education, and ethical compliance
- Demonstrated focus on patient and staff safety
- Passion for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
- Implement programs to facilitate patient progress and a safe return to community life
- Accurately document care following organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Educate patients, families, peers, and students as needed
- Foster a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols (including infection control and patient handling)
