We are seeking a talented professional to provide expert dermatological care at the esteemed Genesee Valley Dermatology facility, with the opportunity to support Clifton Springs. This pivotal role offers a chance to work in a supportive and collaborative setting, making a real difference in patients' lives through exceptional skin care. What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Proven dermatology experience with a minimum of 3 years of recent practice
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
- Current NY medical license and active board certification or eligibility
- Ability to manage a patient load of 25-35 patients per day with efficiency
- BLS certification is required
- Flexibility to support minor surgeries and perform a variety of dermatological procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a support staff ratio of 1:12
- Experience with minor surgical procedures beyond standard dermatology
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs
- Previous experience in dermatology support roles (LPN, RN, MA)
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of recent dermatology practice in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR platform
- Current NY medical license in good standing
- Emergency privileges granted upon start
- Support for licensure, certification, travel reimbursement, and other applicable expenses
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
