No Are temporary privileges available?: No Is Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes Patients Per Shift: 15 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Eligible The Following Certification Are Required What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WA or IMLC Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 Days Looking for a Rad Onc for 1-2 weeks of coverage in October and November and specifically for 12/16-12/27 to cover a vacation. Provider will be working 8 hour shift M-F in the clinic, and working night/weekend call while the perm MD is on vacation
