Description
Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is a fast-paced, family-owned, growing business looking for Production Packers. The Bakery can operate up to 24 hours so all shifts are available.The rate of pay for Packers begins at $14.00/hour with additional $1.00/hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts.Job Duties and Responsibilities* Packages, unloads, and assembles production goods.* Transfers work-in-process from conveyors to other areas of assembly.* Inspects production goods, containers, and packaging materials and ensure that they meet Company standards.Abilities* Ability to team-lift up to 50 pounds.* Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required.* Ability to work at steady and continuous pace and to keep up with manufacturing production.* Ability to focus on safety and work as a team.* Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.Environmental Conditions* Extreme hot/cold temperature variations* Wet surfaces* Noise* Moving mechanical parts* Industrial equipmentBenefits* Medical* Dental* Vision* 401k (with Company matching)* Paid time off* Career Advancement OpportunitiesCheck us out at www.lonestarbakery.com or LinkedIn
