MEMCO Spring is seeking a physically fit and reliable Demolition Laborers to join our team. The role involves assisting with the safe and efficient demolition of buildings, structures, and interior spaces. You will be responsible for preparing job sites, tearing down structures, handling debris, and operating demolition tools and equipment.
Location: Spring, Tx and surrounding areas.
Reports To: Site Supervisor / Foreman
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition tasks including tearing down walls, ceilings, flooring, and other structures.
• Load and remove debris and hazardous materials from the site in accordance with safety regulations.
• Operate tools such as jackhammers, sledgehammers, saws, and other power or hand tools.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites, including barricading and signage.
• Follow site safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Communicate with the site supervisor regarding progress, issues, or safety concerns.
• Clean and prepare sites before and after projects are completed.
• Assist other trades and team members as needed.

• Previous experience in demolition, construction, or manual labor preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work in dusty, noisy, or hazardous environments.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

• Work is performed on construction and demolition sites, both indoors and outdoors.
• Exposure to dust, noise, heights, and potentially hazardous materials.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
