This position can and will provide seamlessly integrated technical support service to the clients across all these platforms and services. More specifically, the primary responsibility for this position is to lead the provisioning, asset inventory management, kitting and distribution of iPhones, mobile printers and credit card processing hardware to Conductors. In total, 2,400 systems will be processed, kitted, distributed and supported post deployment. Primary work locations will be in Midtown Manhattan and Jamaica Queens, but candidate may be expected to work / report to varying railroad facilities throughout the metropolitan area depending on work assignments.
