This role requires strong knowledge of real estate law and exceptional administrative skills to ensure smooth deal execution and compliance. Responsibilities:
Organize and assemble real estate deals and closing documents for binders/e-binders.
Prepare, index, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and transaction files.
Research, draft, and edit various real estate documents, including purchase and sale contracts, leases, sales documents, letters of intent, exhibits, closing documents
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients throughout the transaction process.
Ensure confidentiality of all legal documents and firm matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate law within a legal assistant or similar role.
