Key Duties Pilot Phase Responsibilities

Evaluate handoffs, timing, and queue flow efficiency
Contribute to refining SOPs, routing rules, and task criteria
Participate in time-and-motion analysis of workflows
Help ensure systems and tools are ready for production launch
Provide feedback to improve documentation and processes
