This role involves the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals. The position requires close collaboration with cross functional teams and commercial leadership to drive innovation and improve commercial performance./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliLeadership Development: Leading and mentoring a global team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and professional development./liliStrategic Initiatives: Executing strategic initiatives to drive innovation and improve commercial performance./liliCollaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, commercial ops, GIS, HR and finance teams to provide governance and alignment across processes/systems, drive adoption of tools and share standard methodologies./liliLead a team of capability owners to establish and define a consistent operating model, ensuring alignment with a shared roadmap that supports commercials strategic goals/liliReporting Analytics: Monitoring key performance indicators and providing insights to support decision-making. Work closely with leaders to drive new initiatives and collaborate across departments to improve performance using analytics./liliLead change management and communication of plans, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal performance./liliExecutive engagement: Present strategic plans and programs and lead progress updates with senior management at regular check points to ensure awareness and overall alignment with corporate strategies./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications:/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent experience. MBA or equivalent experience preferred./liliTypically requires 18 years with related experience and 10 years in people leadership roles, preferably in commercial organizations./liliGlobal experience to work across various regions, strongly preferred./liliMust have excellent communication skills to interact successfully across organizational levels and functions./liliStrong orientation toward data management, data governance, and process improvement./liliCan disseminate information effectively and supply regular updates to key partners./liliMust be diligent with strong analytical skills./liliAble to work independently, multi-task, and maintain focus on the goals at hand./liliConsistent track record in dealing with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for and driving simple solutions to sophisticated problems./liliStrong familiarity with project management standards and methodologies./liliStrong product management skills required, including a detailed understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements./liliAdvanced knowledge in crafting and maintaining management level and detailed project plans applying project software./liliProven track record to lead a matrixed team of professionals to complete projects on time./liliExcellent interpersonal, customer orientation, and problem-solving, can-do attitude./li/ulpThe estimated base salary range for the Director, Global Commercial Capabilities role based in the United States of America is: $187,400 - $281,000. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. The range reflects long?term growth in the role. Most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
