Requirements
- Education: Graduate of athletic training program from accredited college or university.
- Licensure: State of practice licensure or eligible for Athletic Trainer is required.
- Certification/Registration: Certification through the Board of Certification, Inc. Professional Rescuer CPR or its equivalent.

The Outreach Lead assumes supervisory duties as delegated by Manager and or Administrative Director. Serves as a resource for the leadership team with oversight of departmental policy, compliance and key financial indicators.The Lead serves as a clinical mentor to new and existing staff and assists in providing relevant educational and treatment tools to enhance clinical excellence. The Lead plays a key role assisting with optimization of performance and adoption of best practices between all members of the team and all departments within the orthopedic rehabilitation division.
