Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in physical therapy or a related field - Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility for registration - A valid California driver's license when travel is required - American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification required - One to two years of related experience or equivalent education/training
Roles & Responsibilities: - Evaluate patient physical and functional abilities through assessments and tests. - Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and progress. - Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and physical therapy programs. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. - Stay informed on current trends and advancements in physical therapy.
