Role: Transformation Project Manager – HR Payroll
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of Technology re-design in each country as a part ofGlobal Payroll Transformation project including:
- As-is landscape analysis in close cooperation with Local IT and identification of all technology elements impacted by the Project. Agree way forward in line with Client policies, ITMS, SMART controls and payroll transformation guidelines
- Cooperate with vendors (current payroll system/service vendor and new service vendor) to ensure technical requirements are well described, understood, agreed and signed off both by Client and the vendors, making sure no impediments between Client Tech infrastructure and vendor technology landscape
- Own data management activities: agreeing with current vendor/future vendor the scope, format, timelines for data to be transferred, prepare tools for the transfer, test and run the transfer, reconciliation and sample checks: data cleansing
