- 2+ years of MIG welding experience, particularly on steel.

- Experience working with large, heavy metal components.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift.
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.

- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
