Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled team player to join our Projects team to assist with all aspects of indoor and outdoor landscape construction.

As part of the Projects team at John Mini, you will be responsible for:

• Properly handle plant materials during installation, transplanting, and removals.
• Install soil, mulch, and decorative stone top dressings according to standards. Execute softscape (tree, shrub, perennial, soil) installations. Perform hardscape and masonry work including pavers, precast materials, gravel, and drainage. Safely operate small equipment.

If you have the following qualifications, give us a shout!

OSHA 30 and SST certification. Strong communication skills. Experience in landscape installation (softscape and hardscape). Ability to operate small landscaping equipment.
