Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection of bottled products, components, and kits
- Verify vial volume, labeling, material numbers, batch numbers, and storage conditions
- Review packaging and batch records for accuracy and completeness
- Release approved products to Finished Goods Inventory
- Review and verify raw material supplier documentation
- Perform SAP data entry and documentation updates
- Maintain QA retention samples and inventory
- Monitor QA freezer temperatures
- Support Operations, Packaging, Production Planning, Quality, and Inventory Control teams
- Perform additional QA-related duties as assigned
- 0-3 years of QA inspection or related experience
- Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
- General office and computer data entry experience
- Quality inspection & documentation review
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- SAP data entry (preferred)
- MS Word, Excel, and email proficiency
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptability in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate degree or science coursework (preferred)
- Willingness to travel locally between facilities for inspections
