- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure all work is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Keep detailed records of all service and repair work performed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
