Develop and execute business development strategy across Aerospace & Defense accounts
Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities with defense primes, OEMs, and system integrators
Build and maintain seniorlevel customer relationships
Act as a "hunter" - generating new programs and expanding footprint within existing accounts
Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to support customerspecific requirements
Support product customization and deployment for A&D applications

The Successful Applicant A successful US BDM - Aerospace & Defense should have:
5-7 years of relevant business development or commercial experience
Background selling into Aerospace & Defense or adjacent technical markets
Strong businessoriented mindset with technical credibility
Comfortable with travel and a national customer footprint
A proven track record in business development, particularly in the aerospace and defense sectors.
Strong knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with market analysis and strategic planning.
A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
