HR Operations Support Lead (HROSL)
Work Type: Full Time Location: McLean, VA (Onsite) Clearance: Top Secret/SCI CI Polygraph Role Description: Provides leadership and oversight for human resources operations ensuring compliance with federal HR regulations and organizational policies. Guides HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Advises leadership on HR policies and ensures HR programs align with mission requirements and statutory standards. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $100,000-180,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
