The Director will oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, including quality assurance, personnel management, process improvement, and budget oversight, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and cost-effective diagnostic services that support outstanding patient care.
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific field.
• Minimum eight years of laboratory management experience in a high-complexity, high-volume testing environment.
• Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Medical Technologist registry (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum Education: Associates Degree.

• Masters degree in Business Administration or relevant scientific discipline.
• Florida Supervisor License preferred.
• Five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in laboratory operations or hospital administration.
• Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and Joint Commission standards.
