Job Title: Computer Quality Control (QC) Specialist Location: Riverside Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM-5:30PM We are currently seeking a reliable candidate to join our team as a Computer Quality Control Specialist for one of our clients. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring every computer leaving our repair center meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed quality checks on repaired computer systems (hardware and software).
- Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from specs.
- Conduct functional testing to ensure all components operate correctly.
- Collaborate with technicians to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all QC findings and processes.
- Provide ongoing feedback to help improve repair procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware/software.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills for working with the repair team.
- Prior experience in QC or a technical repair environment preferred.
- Must pass a 7-year criminal background check
