Commission Structure:
New Business: 40%
Renewals: 20%
Post-validation (3-4 years): 65%/15%
Responsibilities
Build and manage a personal book of business by developing strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various verticals, including but not limited to real estate.
Collaborate with internal teams and leverage company resources to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Actively participate in sales and retention meetings, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are required.
Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from new producers to seasoned professionals. A proven track record of building and managing client relationships is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on generating new business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
