Description

Job Title

Testing and repairing at the circuit board component level, such as high frequency chargers, power supplies and algae management systems.

Convert and rework the variety of voltage and amperage for electronic products.

Test and reprogram a variety of circuit boards and electronic products.

Maintain quality on all reworked products while documenting all rework hours.

QC inspection and repair of components and boards.

Learn various calibrations in testing to test all products.

De-solder, and re-solder printed circuit boards.

Calibrate boards and interpret numbers.

Troubleshoot with customer calls and/or email.

Maintain and record accurate documentation.

Work closely with Quality Control on corrective actions.

Access Engineering records for revisions on company internal servers.

Maintain confidential equipment, supplier, engineering, and customer information.

Requirements

Associates Degree in Electronics – 2-year Community College or Equivalent in relevant electronic work experience.

Must understand and have knowledge of circuit boards at the component level.

Must be able to read schematics.

Must possess good math, written and verbal communication skills.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Reports to the Production Manager and QC Manager and will occasionally receive work directions and instructions from upper Management.
