• Draft and prosecute patent applications that shape the future of life sciences
• Prepare patent opinion letters and provide IP counseling to global clients, helping them navigate complex IP landscapes
• Conduct patent due diligence for high-stakes business deals

• 1-4 years of patent prosecution experience in life sciences
• Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, and the like
• Active license to practice law
• USPTO registration
