Role summary: Run onboarding as a service-intake, SLAs, playbooks, training, and adoption metrics-so app teams can onboard predictably.
Key responsibilities • Define service catalog items (what's offered, inputs/outputs, SLAs, support boundaries). • Build and maintain onboarding playbooks, templates, knowledge base, and training/office hours. • Operate intake/triage and manage demand vs capacity with transparent prioritization. • Track adoption and performance metrics; drive continuous improvement. Required qualifications • Experience running technical enablement/services in a platform program. • Strong stakeholder management across engineering, risk/compliance, and app teams. Success measures • Higher self-service success rate; fewer escalations; improved onboarding satisfaction and throughput.
