Pathway Bank is looking for a motivated, service-minded individual to join our team as either a Bank Teller or Personal Banker, depending on your experience. Whether you're looking to continue your career in banking or start fresh in a meaningful new role, we'llprovide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do:
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with accuracy
- Answer questions and help customers find the right solutions
- Promote products and services that meet customer needs
- Handle every task with professionalism, confidentiality, and care
- Believes in building genuine relationships with customers and coworkers
- Takes pride in doing things the right way - with accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

- Consistent hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 8AM-4PM
- Must pass a credit and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Salary Description $16.00-21.00/hr, based on prior banking experience
