Job Summary: We're looking for a dedicated and energetic child care Teaching Assistant to join our child care team! In this role, you'll work alongside lead teachers to support classroom instruction, supervise children, and help create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment. What You'll Do:
Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and instruction
Provide individual and small group support to children
Supervise children in the classroom, on the playground, and during transitions

Reinforce classroom routines and positive behavior
Communicate with families and staff as directed by the lead teacher
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Previous experience working with children (preferred)
A positive, energetic attitude and love for working with kids
Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team
Familiarity with child development and classroom safety practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time opportunities available
Monday–Friday
