DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drafting governing documents.
  • Contract work.
  • Attendance at board meetings.
  • Coordinating board elections.
  • Prosecution and collection of delinquent association accounts.
  • When necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • New Jersey Bar or Pennsylvania Bar admission
  • Strong academic credentials and demonstrated writing ability is required.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage matters independently.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience or interest in:
    • Community association law
    • Drafting governing documents
    • Contract drafting and review
    • Board governance and election matters
    • Litigation, including trial and appellate practice
The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and be based in Morristown. New Jersey bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required. Recent graduates and Judicial Clerks are encouraged to apply; pending bar admission is acceptable.
We will keep you engaged and challenged and provide you with a balanced work life in a collegial atmosphere. Salary is commensurate with experience.
The posted range is $110,000-$125,000
