- Wage & hour
- Terminations and reductions in force
- Leaves of absence & accommodations
- Workplace investigations
- Worker classification
- Drafting and reviewing:
- Offer letters
- Handbooks
- Compensation plans
- Employment agreements
- Separation agreements
- Robust litigation skills (single-plaintiff and complex matters)
- A business-minded, problem-solving approach
- Deep familiarity with California employment law (state and local)
- Top academic credentials
- Active CA Bar membership
The firm's Employment Group advises employers across the full spectrum of workplace issues and defends them in complex disputes involving:
- Discrimination, harassment & retaliation
- Wrongful termination
- Wage-hour claims
- Trade secrets / non-compete / unfair competition
- Workplace privacy
- Executive employment agreements
- Policies, practices & personnel systems
- Base Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000
- Discretionary performance bonus
