Facilitates the intergovernmental SLA (Service Level Agreements) through comprehensive planning, review, ensuring a smooth transition into implementation within Service Delivery and the development of clear and complete terms and conditions.
Manages the post execution administration of intergovernmental agreements including purchase order analysis, budget review, and requesting contract modifications.
Reviews executed agreements to identify formal commitments and abstract agreements to ensure front line staff can understand responsibilities.
Generates reports, and coordinates status updates with responsible parties in a timely manner.
Supports key stakeholders and leaders to implement agreement programs and methodologies.
Utilizes tools and databases (e.g. Sharepoint, Excel) to record agreement data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Contract administration principles including those related to scope, schedule and payments.
Finance or accounting experience to support budget review and expense reconciliation.
English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Modern office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Location: Downtown Seattle (Hybrid) Duration: Up to 6 months with possible extension to 12 months Pay: $46.11 per hour
