Must be willing to work second shift (1 p.m. - 9 p.m.) Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Assemble components according to specifications
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Skills Needed
Basic mechanical aptitude
Good hand-eye coordination
Effective communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Teamwork and collaboration
Knowledge Required
Understanding of workplace safety practices
Familiarity with basic measurement tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers) is a plus
Awareness of manufacturing or assembly processes (preferred but not required)
Ability to Implement
Learn and apply new skills quickly through hands-on training
