What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles
- Complete work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional service opportunities
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred
- Ford or Lincoln certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
