Title: Assistant General Counsel - Corporate and Commercial (Supply Chain) Schedule: Remote
Salary: $182,700-$203,000
Bonus: 12-15%
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced attorney to provide legal counsel on procurement, supply chain, and related areas. This mid-level position offers the opportunity to advise on strategic business matters, draft critical documents, and help manage internal and external legal resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee legal aspects of supply chain and procurement matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate procurement-related agreements, including purchase orders, terms, and other contracts.
  • Partner with business units to deliver practical advice on supply chain and related legal topics.
  • Manage outside counsel relationships and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Support additional legal initiatives as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice law and eligible to serve as in-house counsel.
  • 5-8 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and provide actionable advice.
