- Manage outside counsel relationships and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Support additional legal initiatives as needed.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice law and eligible to serve as in-house counsel.
- 5-8 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and provide actionable advice.
