Experience with Time and attendance, T&A Systems Support Experience, T&A Forecast and Scheduling
Configuration in Workforce Software or other Time and attendance systems as (Kronos, ADP, Reflexis)
Knowledge in Payroll, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, HR analytics
WFS T&A Systems Support Experience,
Ideally WFS Sys Admin experience and prior certification/training or skills from supporting another system as System Administrator with the desire to certify in WFS
Design and Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to business stakeholders for new functionalities
Gather requirements, configure and support testing to meet defined business requirements
Create and maintain system documentation
Work closely with HR & EHS Architect to align T&A tool design with organizational standards
Identify and manage system and process opportunities and risks
3rd level support in escalating system related errors and issues in area of time & attendance systems
Acting as IT solution specialist and SPOC for HR and Payroll Admins to resolve complex queries
Independently resolving problems
Partnering with HR/ HRIT stakeholders to advise, analyze business requirements and translate them into system functionalities
Collaborating with the system vendor in Release Management
Monitoring and supporting the impact of new projects, country rollouts on existing configuration
