We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is interested in helping our clients implement an effective HR strategy while assuring they are in compliance. HR Consultant Responsibilities:

• Leave Administration (FMLA/ADA)
• Recruitment
• Performance Management
• EEO Reporting
• Employee Relations
• Orientation/Onboarding Programs
• Organizational Effectiveness
• HR Documentation Compliance Support
• Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Professional Development

• Customer Service oriented
• Strong verbal & written communication skills are required.
• Problem solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office Applications
• Experience with HRIS applications a plus
• Professional HR Certification is a plus
• HR and business experience supporting small to midsize organizations
• Must be willing to visit clients

• Full-time hybrid remote

• Bachelor's Degree - in HR preferred
• Three plus years in HR preferred
